It’s a Pirate’s Life For Me Makeup Look

Pirates of the Caribbean is officially in the theaters and with that for the first-time EVER comes a makeup palette based on the movie! You don’t have to be a Pirates of the Caribbean fan to love this palette… but good thing I’m both! 😉
I saw this palette at Ulta Beauty last night and I immediately grabbed it. This is my first time trying the Lorac makeup line and I have to say I’m a HUGE fan! The colors are gorgeous and pigmented and actually stay on all day. The colors are so bold, I didn’t even need to use my finger to achieve the bold Starry Night blue shadow look. It was applied using my makeup brush!
To achieve my eye makeup look today, I wanted an ‘everyday’ pirate look I could wear anywhere. On my lid is the Starry Night color and on my crease I mixed in Compass, Arrgh!, and Treasure. Underneath I used Cursed and Starry Night. I created a smokey Pirate eye so I could wear this makeup look anywhere anytime!
The packaging of this product is one of my favorites too. The palette itself is $51, but for 18 shadows and the amazing packaging I think it’s definitely worth it. You can do so many different looks with this palette, which is another huge plus.
It’s  Pirates Life for me with this Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales Makeup palette by Lorac! See more on my INSTA and SNAP @HeyitsCarlyRae
