Doing a regular fitness routine by yourself can get you less motivated because your by yourself and there isn’t anyone there to push you to your fullest potential.
But I found getting your friend to join you really pushes your workout to the next level! You can take turns between sets and even having a running partner helps me run longer than when I’m by myself. Adding music even helps me!
So if your looking to push yourself to get the maximum results I would say definitely bring a partner with you! Especially if your fitness routine is athletic related. Working out with someone made a difference for me! Will it you?!
